Situated in the historic Malay Quarter, Upperbloem offers panoramic views over the Table Bay and Cape Town. It features modern rooms and apartments, an outdoor swimming pool and braai facilities.
The rooms and apartments of Upperbloem are decorated with light and neutral colours. All feature a TV, a hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. Some have a dining area and a kitchen.
Every morning, a continental breakfast buffet is served, including croissants, toast, fruit and cereals. Guests can also use the fully equipped communal kitchen, which leads onto a large balcony.

Upperbloem is just a 5-minute walk from the many cafés, restaurants and bars of Longstreet and Green Market Square. Table Mountain and the Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches are just a 10-minute drive from the guesthouse.

From Cape Town International Airport:
Take the N2 highway towards the CBD of Cape Town. Stay on the N2 all the way until the N2 reaches the city at the entrance to the V&A Waterfront. Continue straight towards table mountain in Buitengracht Street (M62) until you reach Wale Street (black building of Cape Town Lodge and Harleys Liquor Store on your left). Turn right into Wale Street, continue straight until you see Bismiellah Restaurant on your right, there turn left into Pentz Street and proceed up to the end. Turn left into Upper Bloem Street. Number 8 is on your left hand side.
